3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and security practices. We use Firebase Authentication for identity management and Stripe for payment processing. We do not store credit card information on our servers.
4. AI and Chat Data
Conversations with the Ortheos AI assistant are stored to provide conversation history and improve our services. You may delete your conversation history at any time from your account settings.
5. Third-Party Services
We use third-party services including Firebase (authentication), Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS notifications), SendGrid (email notifications), and cloud hosting providers. These services have their own privacy policies governing the use of your information.

Mobile Information We Collect
When you opt in to our SMS messaging program, we collect your mobile phone number. We may also collect your name, the date and time you opted in, and your messaging preferences. This information is collected when you provide your phone number in your account settings and enable SMS notifications on the Ortheos platform at ortheos.ai.
How We Use Your Mobile Information
Your mobile phone number is used exclusively to send you transactional SMS notifications related to the Ortheos platform, including bill status updates, AI analysis completion alerts, and committee hearing notifications. We do not use your mobile phone number for any purpose other than delivering these platform notifications.
No Sharing of Mobile Information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Your mobile phone number, SMS consent status, and opt-in data are never sold, rented, loaned, traded, leased, or otherwise shared with or disclosed to any third parties, affiliates, or partners for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile information is shared only with our messaging service provider, Twilio, solely for the purpose of transmitting SMS messages that you have opted in to receive from Ortheos.
Opt-Out and Data Deletion
You may opt out of SMS notifications at any time by texting STOP to any message received from Ortheos, or by disabling SMS notifications in your account settings. Upon opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent. You may request deletion of your mobile phone number from our records by contacting us at privacy@ortheos.ai.
Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply to any SMS messages you receive from Ortheos, depending on your mobile carrier and wireless plan. Ortheos does not charge any fees for SMS notifications.
