Delete your Ortheos account
What happens
- Deletion is immediate and can't be undone. You're signed out on every device.
- Deleted: your profile and sign-in, pins and watchlist, chats, reports, uploaded bill versions, clients and their logos, notifications and registered devices.
- A paid plan ends at once. Deleting does not refund: if you are within 7 days of your first payment, request your full refund from support@ortheos.ai before you delete.
- A legislator or organization seat you hold is released so it can be claimed again.
What we keep
The billing records we must keep for tax and disputes, and our security log entries, are kept with your name and email removed. Billing records stay linked to your payment details at Stripe. Server request logs keep your account id until they expire after 14 days. Copies in our database backups go as those backups expire, in up to 12 months. See the Privacy Policy.
